Frulac: Congestive heart failure, essential hypertension, liver cirrhosis with ascites, edema, hyperaldosteronism.
Frulac-40: Indicated for previously stabilized patients requiring higher dosage of Spironolactone and Frusemide.
Dosage & Administration:
Frulac: 1 to 4 tablets daily (50 to 200 mg of Spironolactone and 20 to 80 mg of Frusemide) according to the patient\’s response.
Frulac-40: 1 to 2 tablets daily (50 to 100 mg of Spironolactone and 40 to 80 mg of Frusemide) according to the patient\’s response.
Common side effects that are known to be associated with Frulac and Frulac-40 are fatigue, blood disorders, skin rashes, cramping, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, pancreatitis, jaundice, anorexia, vasculitis, tinnitus, loss of hearing, vertigo, dizziness, paresthesiasis, vomiting or abdominal pain, hyperglycemia, hypotension, gynecomastia, irregular menstrual cycle, disturbances in the levels of electrolytes in the blood, impotence.
