It is important
to understand the impact providing
emergency care may have on you. Most
people are frightened during a
crisis. It is normal for you to feel
this way when thrust into an
emergency.
One way to help alleviate some of
this stress is to decide to help
before an emergency occurs. This
allows you to mentally prepare for
handling an emergency
